This product has the characteristics of no heat release, no corrosion, low shrinkage rate, and fast curing speed during curing, and is suitable for thermal conductivity, sealing, insulation, etc. of various electronic components.

- The performance data after curing above are all measured at 23 ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5% after 7 days of curing. Operation method:
- 1. Clean the sealing surface and remove oil stains.
- 2. To ensure the uniform distribution of the filler, mix component A evenly before use.
- 3. If manual mixing is used, weigh components A and B according to the ratio and mix evenly in the mixing tank. Uneven mixing will affect the appearance and insulation performance of the cured product.
- 4. The sealed parts are cured at room temperature, and after initial solidification, they can enter the next process. It usually takes about 3 hours to cure at room temperature. High temperatures in summer lead to faster curing; When the temperature is low in winter, the curing will be slower.
- 5. It is recommended to use specialized sealing equipment for gluing.
